A grand Queen Anne Victorian awaiting restoration

Step into the past with this rare Queen Anne Victorian in North Adams’ historic Church Street District. Known as one of the town’s “Grand Dames,” this circa-1800s home is brimming with character—from ornate brickwork and hand-carved woodwork to pocket doors and grand staircases.

Though in need of full restoration, it offers timeless architectural beauty and a prime walkable location near Mass MoCA, Williams College, and downtown amenities. A unique opportunity to revive a true historic gem in the heart of The Berkshires.

  1. This would make a beautiful bread, but breakfast few rooms only cosmetic work few rooms total redo, but I would love to see a red redone all those pocket doors
